CAN I ARRANGE AN EARLY CHECK-IN?
If you arrive earlier luggage storage is available. A request for early check-in can be made directly with the hotel however it is not guaranteed. If you would like to guarantee an early check-in the room must book for the previous night.
CAN I ARRANGE A LATE CHECK-OUT?
Should you require a later check-out please contact us on the day prior to your departure, and late check-out supplement may be applied.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?
Please note that parking space is not available at the Jao Tsung-I Academy.
There are a few car park services nearby:
(1) indoor car park at 9 Po Lun Street,
(2) indoor car park at Manhattan Hill, and
(3) Wilson Parking at Mei Foo Sun Chuen.
Take the leftmost lane at Lai Chi Kok Road towards Mei Foo. Pass the fire station and turn left immediately into Po Lun Street. After driving for around 15 meters, you will find (1) indoor car park at 9 Po Lun Street. About 200 meters further down on Po Lun Street you will see (2) indoor car park at Manhattan Hill on your right. If you are not able to turn left at Po Lun Street, you can then drive forward to the next intersection and turn left to Broadway Street. Go straight for about 150 meters and you will find (3) Wilson Parking at Mei Foo Sun Chuen on your right.
CAN I SMOKE IN MY ROOM?
Smoking is not allowed in both guest rooms & public areas.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS AT HERITAGE LODGE?
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. There are no additional charge if children under the age of 12 years using existing bedding with their parents.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR AN ADDITIONAL ROLLAWAY?
HK$330 Net per bed per night (Maximum 1 extra bed per room).
